  • 1. Personal Training Staff- Where to begin? Well, our first PT Thomas was awful. Rushed us through our session. And I asked for our promised work out. He sent Instagram snapshots from his phone. We found a new PT and J.R. was great he worked with us the two times we got to work with him. He was helpful and he was the only helpful piece there. He left, and its been about a month now and we had not heard from a new PT. So I went ahead and canceled our membership. I felt like we should not have to reach out to them. They should reach out to us. 2. Management- Well Lisa was great! I tried getting a hold of her before I cancelled, but she no longer works at this location. Everyone else I spoke with was rude and did not seem to care we had not been contacted. 3. Facility- Bathrooms are NASTY!!! They never had toilet paper the couple times I went in there the floors were nasty and the trashes were always full. Felt more like a truck stop bathroom. Childcare- We seemed to never get our child in at the time we wanted. There were times when I could call 24hrs in advance and it would be full. The ladies we not friendly at all. Some you would smile and say hi to and they would not even acknowledge you were there. Cancellation System- This was the worst! You have to call a 1800 number and you're lucky to get through to talk to someone. I was on the phone for 15 min and hung up and called back and it was a different answering system. Kept calling got the first answering system and finally was able to reach someone after 30min of trying. They are rude on that end as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone who needs a new gym. We thought it would be a better deal than where we were at Fitness 19. But, we were wrong. Eos charges for childcare and Fitness 19 doesn't. They charge for every little thing at this gym. If I would have known better I would have stayed with our last one. In the end I'm out $30 for cancellation fees, but I am happy to know I don't have to deal with rude gym employees who are not helpful.
