  • I am extremely upset because I am currently staying at this location and although the hotel and rooms are ok the customer service is crap. Our younger sister accidentally fell asleep in our room and closed the door with the deadbolt. We couldn't get her to wake up to open it (this was around 2 a.m). When we went downstairs to ask for help he tried to call the room but said the line was busy (which makes no sense since we were banging on the door if she was on the phone she would have heard) this worried us more about her safety, we were told that there was nothing that could be done. WTF what kind of customer service is that? Your solution to a guests problem should never be that there is NO solution. At this point we are screaming and banging on the door , have no where to sleep and most importantly are worried sick that something could be wrong with this young girl. I am continuously banging on the door until my fists are red and my bf is on the other side hopping onto our deck ( we were on the 2nd floor) to try to get her to wake up. Finally I am angered and I am having a panic attack and return to the front desk to ask for assistance once again he FINALLY takes my ID and sends security who guess what ? OPENED THE DOOR enough to check on her and yell enough to wake her up. I was baffled that this situation could have been solved in 10 minutes instead of 45 minutes or more at this time of night. Clearly the safety of guests was not their priority. We were all worried sick about the well being of this little girl and my bf put himself in danger to get up on the deck. I talked to the manager about this who apologized which I appreciate but in no way makes up for the scare and danger we went through last night. We have 2 more days here but I do not see us staying here again if THIS is how they treat the safety of their guest.
