My post is more about customer service and consistency rather then a transactional complaint. I bought pants at a 25% off promotion they had for my dad. I bought the wrong size and later wanted to exchange for a smaller size. They would NOT exchange it under no circumstance even though I was told specifically by 2 people I could later exchange if I needed to. No one admitted fault on their part and wanted to be out of the spotlight in their false information they gave me. Simply not consistent in their customer care. Truly sad to be creating such drama for something so insignificant. All I wanted was the right size for my dad. I had my receipt and everything. They just said no. Rude and back stabbing.
