| - A fantastic spa! Came here with my best gal pal on a Sunday, looking for some rest and relaxation. It was our first time here at Vdara and the spa too! We were warmly greeted and checked in by Mary Ashley.
We were soon led up to the next floor up to take a little tour of the spa. Our guide was very kind and informative as well. She showed us all the amenities including some light snacks, a tv room, the secure lockers, the vanities (that have plenty of hair products, face products, etc), the showers, jacuzzi, steam room, etc. After we were shown where our lockers were, my friend and I went to the nice restrooms to change into our bathing suits.. I forgot to mention that clothing is optional in the spa. We began our spa experience in the jacuzzi that was nice and hot. There are mini fridges in the area that have various juices and water available. Next was the steam room, which was very steamy and relaxing. It would automatically release more steam too. I grabbed a cold, wet towel and entered the dry sauna. I really enjoyed this room a lot. But don't forget to take off necklaces and other jewelry! In between we had also snacked on some raisins, pumpkin seeds and such in the TV room.
I showered after I sat in the warm stone chair and nearly fell asleep! They provide excellent shampoo and conditioner that left my hair smelling wonderful for days after. Then I went to the vanity to get my face ready. The spa provides some of their facial products which I definitely took advantage of. I also applied some of their Moroccan oil hair products to my hair. I had the most pleasant and relaxing time getting ready.
I left feeling 10x better than I did when I entered! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relieve some exhaustion that comes from being in Las Vegas!!
