Product three stars, service two stars.
Usually coming here early morning for a quick bite, before going home from work.
I gave chances after chances hoping for improvement.
Well, many times the place is understaffed. Only two people working. One preparing meals, another one is on the other side a cashier, and nobody is taking orders.
Hello? Is anybody home?
Many times, I almost walked out, waiting for someone to take my order.
About the bagels: it's commercial bagel.
Of course nobody is expecting NY quality bagels here! So, if you get them toasted, they are okay.
I prefer the Nova salmon with tomatoes, red onions and capers ($6.99)
Last time the onions were cut so thick, I couldn't eat them. Absolutely did not enjoy my breakfast.
BF ordered the Italian chicken salad sandwich.
It used to be served on a chibatta bread, now it's served on a tiny roll. ($8.99)
Cinnamon muffin was decent.
Orange juice is overpriced as anywhere else.
Peach flavored iced tea has no peach flavor at all.
On a bright side: check out the Monday special!
