  • If I could provide a lower rating I certainly would! This nightmare started back in late December 2015. I purchased a door from this company which was defective almost as soon as it was installed. Window frames were warped and the inside panels were discolored. I immediately contacted Jason who initially said he would correct the problem with a new door, but he has consistently made every excuse in the book not to replace it. Excuses such as the parent company not wanting to honor the warranty, to telling me the paperwork was getting processed and it would take some more time and recently he stated the replacement door had arrived but it was the wrong color and would have to be sent back. I have been waiting for over 5 months to have this issue corrected and its been nothing but one excuse after another. I am a retired police officer and I strongly recommend you find an alternative company. Pay the extra money to hire a reputable company that stands by its customer service and its product. I will be moving forward with legal action! Al S.
