  • I was googling to find the website and I saw the yelp reviews...had to stop and review. This has been my trash company for years. After finally being smart enough to seek a different company from the AW that dominates Charlotte at twice the price, I landed here. I am more than pleased with their service. I was looking for the website today because I was home when the guys stopped by to pick up my trash. It was more full than normal since it's after Christmas. I had boxes folded up, bags of wrapping paper and boxes along with the normal waste. I noticed the service man sorting the bags and only taking the normal waste. I thought oh no what did I do wrong. I don't pay for recycling and I don't have a recycle bin. Don't judge me. That's what I was going online to add :). I catch the service guy before he drives off and ask...what did I do wrong. "He said ma'am this is mostly recycle material. I sorted it and the recycle truck will come and get it later today." I told him I don't pay for recycle. He said don't worry we will come get it. He was just as pleasant as can be. I smiled, thanked him and wished him a Merry Christmas and happy New Year. Now that's great service. I agree with the poster regarding patronizing small businesses. And after my research, recycling is free. I just need to call to get the bin. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. I truly believe any other bad reviews are miscommunication/misunderstandings that could be cleared up with a few questions.
