  • I lived at Escondido for two years and have enjoyed my time here. This is a small, mostly quiet community and feels like home. Property manager Monica is great and is very quick to respond and help when needed. She has put in many efforts to bring the community together and is in constant contact with residents via email for any changes going on around the community. She also was a great help when I was dealing with a difficult neighbor. Grounds are kept clean and well lit. Im a single female and have always felt safe here.
