rev:text	SERVICE PATRONS BEWARE!! I have had my car serviced since 2004 at Chapman but I will not go back. I had a routine oil service and when I went to pick up my car 3 hours later my automatic locks wouldn't work!! I spoke to Steve the manager and he just blew me off saying it was just a coincidence! I was so irritated and frustrated! But I went along with it and spent over another $100 getting my locks fixed. After another day spent getting my car serviced, a 5 hour ordeal that I was told would only take 2 hours, my car alarm wouldn't work when I went to pick it up!! Steve again completely blew me off saying that it was not his problem that he would NOT take the time to look at it, that I would have to take it in to where I got the alarm originally put in and have them fix it! I was ASTONISHED at how rude and insulting he was!!!!!! I went to Audio Express and got excellent service. They fixed my alarm for free stating that the dealership had completely disconnected the alarm from the car which made absolutely no sense and they also said they have gotten several patrons from Chapman Chevrolet with similar complaints. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at Chapman, gotten every single service there since I bought the car in 2004 and was planning on buying my next car there also. NEVER AGAIN will I buy Chevy and NEVER again will I recommend this place to my family or friends. I am not sure if it is because I am a woman or they just don't care. But I will NEVER spend my hard earned money at this establishment.
