  • Dr Chaney spends time with her patients but the receptionist with the long black hair is unprofessional and rude. I went as a walk in but was 10 minutes late for the walk in period and even though I told her I was in a lot of pain, she was unsympathetic and told me I could not be seen until later in the day and I would have to wait. She should have asked the doctor if she could slip me in. She never smiles and I've had other issues with this particular person. Also, I went for a follow up visit to review my CT scan on another occasion and they didn't have my lab work that I waited 2 weeks to hear about.
