| - I am responding to the business owner of Livingface photography, who has clearly invaded my privacy and lied in his response. First of all, I hate to do this back and fourth battle, however, Bard Azima's response has left me no choice.
1. This response shows how unprofessional and cocky Bard Azima is, and how he DOES NOT LIKE CRITICISM! While he talks about my husband, its funny because my husband doesn't even care about pictures and has never mentioned anything to Bard. He called him once regarding the first engagement shoot, which he was doing for me BECAUSE I HAD A PROBLEM WITH, NOT HIM. The pictures were not as creative as you make yourself to sound, (maybe since it has been 15 years he should try new techniques). And anyway, I am paying for a service, shouldn't I be satisfied, he claims that is his goal. The only other time my husband had said something to Bard Azima was on the wedding day when Bard refused and got annoyed to take pictures of MY FAMILY. So anyway, of course Bard does not want to get into specific allegations because there are none LOL.
2. The second engagement shoot that Bard agreed to do after yelling at me over the phone and no didn't charge when we offered, so THANK YOU FOR THAT-BRAVO, I had ONE THING I wanted him to edit, I mean they are life long pictures, so even if it is minor, isn't it my right? I guess according to him its not, and he could not even do it him self, another lady had to, but again he gave me a hard time because he does not like criticism.
3. Bard Azima has invaded my privacy by sharing private pictures and an email to the public in his response to my review, which is not okay and something has to be done. But since my private information is out there, if anyone wants to take a look at the pictures go ahead, but isn't it my right to be happy with the pictures??????????? Again, I guess not. If I choose to focus on 1 or two things, isn't it my right, why should it matter as he states that I focused on things that no one would notice or care about, BUT I CARE ABOUT THEM.
4. In response to my email stating "I love them", my response was out of skimming through the pictures briefly. After getting my wedding album, and taking the time to look at them, I was not happy, I guess to keep it brief I should say thank God he has a professional camera, but maybe he can learn a skill of editing, THEY ARE WEDDING PICTURES- I should have just got anyone for a cheaper price. I was also not happy because after inquiring if he could edit the water stain that was on my family member's shirt, "he responded he needs a professional to do that and he should have just left it out", I responded to him saying no it should have not been left out and I asked the simple question if he is a professional, that is when he did not respond to my email I guess for "his sanity".
5. I truly believe that the reviews on wedding wire are filtered, as I have tried to write a review on there twice and they have not shown up, which is why I had chosen this site, because I did not know where to go. So of course all the reviews are great, because those are the only ones that make the cut!
