The view at the top of the Broadview Hotel is nice and shows off the character of the Riverside neighbourhood. Since this space is the new kid on the block, we expected it to be noisy, crowded, and bustling. It was all those thing sand more.
We had a short wait on the ground level of the hotel before being buzzed to be let through to the elevator.
The resto-patio space and decor is quite nice and it makes you wonder what the old strip club looked like before the renovation. LOL.
There is an enclosed space with tables and couches in the north side of the restaurant while the open air patio section of the space is a little bit smaller. It's modern, sleek, and is a excellent addition to the Queen and Broadview intersection.
We were told it was a 30 minute wait to potentially get a table so we took a walk around the entire space and marvelling at the east side of Toronto from the patio space. The view is very nice and I could see myself coming here often in the future but this time around we opted to go elsewhere for a night cap.
