  • We shop at this Walmart grocery weekly, especially the pharmacy. For over four months in a row the pharmacy was out of N insulin. Many otter Walmarts in the area are always fully stocked with insulin, but this one pharmacy is always out, so I have to drive all over town to find insulin. It didn't used to be this way. Their staff says the computer often misses this store when it auto orders insulin. Also, this pharmacy is always short staffed, especially for the drive up window. The whole store could use better management. Customer service is lacking and shelves are often under stocked at the first part of the month when the EBT cards are filled. If it wasn't so conveniently located to my home, I would always shop at the Walmart on S. Eastern or Tropicana.
