  • I cannot wait to become a regular at this lovely & tranquil cafe just off the strip of vibrant cabbagetown. It is a quaint space that has been designed to show off the how simple can truly be beautiful! Everything has it's place and the shop is full of whimsy. The service was impeccible. I had an almond milk latte, as did my coffee date. it was divine. while waiting for my latte, I looked over the treats and noticed I would be able to have quite a few of them as many were vegan and gluten free. The in house almond milk was sweet and the espresso had a lovely smooth finish. When I return, I hope to try another inspired hot beverage with almond milk. This little shop is a haven for those of us with unique dietary needs. It is truly a treasure to find a cafe that specializes in alternative milk selections. I thought I could only get that at home! Laptop users, beware: there is only one plug in the cafe that is smartly nestled between by two tables - so, charge up before you get there if you wish to work away in this little gem. You can purchase the almond milk/mylk for $2 but they need min. 24hr notice to ensure they add a bit extra to the batch. Apparently, a simple email gets you in!
