They're always ready to upsell you to gel, but the gel didn't even last three days before they started to peel. I have had thousands of gels done on my nails, and know when old &/or tampered with gel is being used. In this case it was very old gel or very watered-down. I also believe they did not leave enough time under the light for the gel to cure. I gave them a second chance, and the exact same thing happened. They rushed through (even though there wasn't anyone waiting both times--now I know why!), poor quality products, and bad results. If I could give them no stars, I would without hesitation. I would recommend you go anywhere else before wasting your money & time here.
And by the way, both times in the month I visited I was greeted near the front door by an old office chair, some wood planks, and a bucket of water filled with with cigarette butts ... Not quite the clean first impression a nail salon should be giving.
