rev:text	I took part in the bootcamp along the harbour front last year. I agree with the previous post, it is similar to an intense gym class, however ok for people are just getting into exercise. I found the instructor nice, but not as trained as she could have been - she did not know her workouts - constantly referring to a manual to see what she should be doing next, while we stood around waiting (I found this somewhat irratating at 6am). Again, this might be ok for someone who is looking to get active and might love a break throughout the workout! The part that really turned me off was this - on the third week (I signed up for a 4 week program), my cousin (who was very close to me - more of a brother) was killed in an accident (30 yrs old and 3 weeks away from getting married - a very sad time). Upset as I was, I called to inform my instructor that I would be missing a week to go out of town to be with my family and for the funeral, she simply informed me that there was no way that I could make up the three classes that I would miss in that week. Therefore I lost a significant amount of money. I was shocked at how cold they were and decided to never spend my money on this group again. After some time, I've decided to share this story, because it still makes me so angry! I've also been a member of Booty Camp Fitness over the years and would highly recommend Booty Camp over Best Body - better workouts and the company actually cares about the people who take part in their program! Sorry Best Body Bootcamp... you've made me one unhappy customer!
