I really hope the management is reading this because this is fucking ridiculous sorry for cursing! But seriously what's the point for me as a customer to pay premium to fly in the afternoon when you are gonna cancel my flight? Long story short my flight was at 1:45pm, cancelled due to BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS but my friend's flight going to the same destination is completely fine..?!! If you want to cancel the flight, please find a better excuse or just not! Anyways they put me on the 6:45pm cool that's very "helpful". Now it's delayed to 7:45pm and I am still here waiting. Can I have some good news please?
