  • My mother is assigned to this place, Dr Ammad is her PCP. Dr Ammad has been nothing but wonderful to her and I would give her 5 stars if I could. However, there are many times I have tried calling here to update a prescription, or to schedule an appointment, or to even get a copy of an order for a lab test. In the latter case, I was promised I would get a copy of the order through mail and it would go out immediately ... however I waited almost a month before it finally arrived. Even today I tried calling after 11, only to get the 'we are closed' message that is so common when calling this place. Dr Ammad gets 5* VMG gets 1*. Averaging them out gives VMG another star for having her but that's it. Note to VMG - there are a lot of similar reviews on here - you might want to modify your approach to dealing with your customers as nothing is forever.
