  • Wish I had read these reviews before booking with them! The customer service was horrible! The woman at the counter was very monotone and never smiled or thanked us for choosing them. The women that was the lot attendant was annoyed when I returned the first car without even moving an inch. The reason for the return was a safety issue. These are new cars that make you aware that tire pressure is low. 3 out of 4 tires were low. Someone had to move that car. Did they not see this? I think they just don't care. The second car was disgusting but I was out of patience at this point. The whole week I had to fight with the passenger side seat belt to lock. My friend also had a car and surprise surprise it was not vacuumed. There was dog hair all over the back seat. I replied to their survey and still no reply. Imagine that! More poor customer service. Pay more and safe yourself the headache.
