I was directed to this location by the MetroPCS website to buy a SIM card. The website advertised $10 price, but once at the store they said the price was $20, not including tax and activation. I spoke with the manager, Isadrella, who said (rudely) they can charge whatever they feel like charging. I have four lines through MetroPCS and would appreciate a little more respect from their franchisees and employees. There was another customer at the store at the same time who was complaining they were unfairly charging her as well, so I'm thinking its standard practice here. I'd suggest visiting the corporate store location (33rd Ave & Bethany Home) to avoid their price gouging.
