  • Brady came into the mix about 5 months after I had already rented this dump. I was in a hurry to rent a house and unfortunately I rented the wrong place. The landlord lives in NY and has several properties here and Brady only manages this unit. Gee wonder why? You step inside their office and it is clearly a joke! As soon as I met Michael I knew just what kind of company it was. Very unprofessional!! The office was dirty, vacuum sitting in the middle of the room and clearly no one knew how to work it. Dusty tables. Just very clearly no one cares about their job or no one that worked there had any kind of integrity. The owner of my property had tried to hire 3 other companies before them but they all told me there was too much going on with the property so they all backed out but Brady was willing to take it on and now I see why. They do nothing but make sure you pay the rent and as I have seen several times on the reviews I am not the only one that has the same issues with Brady. No return calls, emails. They constantly each month are wrong in their billing they are charging me late fees when I pay each month ON TIME!!! They ignore your requests to have things repaired. I can't wait to see what they try and do when I move out? They have never been in this house and I have never had a walk through prior to moving in. The landlord modified the rental agreement 4 times and tried to do it once more before I told her I wouldn't sign another agreement. Constant repair issues and BRADY MANAGEMENT COMPANY HIRES UNDOCUMENTED WORKERS AND PEOPLE THAT DON'T HAVE THE PROPER LICENSES AND CONTRACTORS LICENESE TO DO THE KIND OF WORK THEY ARE BEING HIRED TO DO. I pay for a pool and I have not had the use of it for over 9 months. A pool company was finally hired to do the work but I found out that this company does not have a business license to do work in Clark county only Las Vegas city and they do not have a contractors license and the owner of the pool company is telling customers that he does he even sent me a copy of his business license saying it was his contractors license when in fact it says BUSINESS LICENSE!! Nothing but problems from the jump with this company!! Brady is obviously an unethical company and doesn't give a crap for following the law. I spoke to the county business department and was told that since Brady referred this company I need to report them. Guess what's on my list to do this morning?? I AM SO OVER GOING ROUND AND ROUND WITH THIS COMPANY!! IF ANYONE GIVES THIS COMPANY MORE THAN 1 STAR THE REVIEW WAS CLEARLY WRITTEN BY SOMEONE THAT WORKS FOR BRADY WITH A MADE UP PROFILE BECAUSE HOW CAN SO MANY PEOPLE BE SO WRONG???
