  • So to get a drink. I have to use the kiosks bc they want you to versus stand in line for a person at the register. After you pay you take a number and then go stand in line to get your item. At the McD on Charleston the cups are right there at the kiosk. I have nothing bad to say about the store but this protocol is a hindrance.
