  • Big scam! The Air duct cleaning service and filters is the biggest scam if ever. We had construction done in the house and some of the dry wall dust got up into the duct. The cleaning did absolutely nothing. Most homes have the flex type ducting and if you have this type of duct work, don't waste your time. The lifetime filters we bought do not stop anything. Another up-sale that did nothing. Our filters we'd buy from the store you could actually see what it was catching. These filters are clean every time I pull them down for cleaning. The room is still as dusty as it always was. Not to mention black finger prints were left on the ceiling and I had to purchase a layer to get them off the ceiling. Don't waste your money or your time.
