  • Me and my family should of read the yelp reviews before coming here again :( Both my Grandma and Mom said they came here one time and everyone was really really nice but they were rushing towards the end because it was close to them closing I believe. So they decided to give it a second try and I came this time. Even though we scheduled an appointment and waited 45 minutes, we waited an additional 30-40 minutes to get seen while we were in there. They guy who did my nails did a good job. All of our nails looked really good however my mom got a manicure, but didnt get a polish but the lady buffered them. She didn't tell her though that it was $5 more to get them buffered. Also we asked about the $25 pedicure and made it pretty clear we did because it didn't list what it came with, as the lady explained it she was explaining a different pedicure and we were charged with the $35 pedicure instead. Friendly staff just frustrating because there was some miscommunication and they don't like to tell you the extra stuff that you are charged with until the end. As we were explaining this to the lady when we were paying she was getting all hurt and mad and claimed she told my mom about the $5 more thing! She ended up taking off the $5 more for the nails and we did end up tipping them because our nails did look good, but they need to get it right with their prices. I've been reading people's reviews on here and they seem pretty similar to what we went through. If you want to keep customers please explain all your prices thoroughly and correctly before your customers go up to pay. We unfortunately will not be back. Honestly the $35 pedicure was not worth that much at all.
