  • I was in this store earlier today with my friend and small daughter. I was looking for a subzero fridge/freezer combo. I was not greeted or acknowledged the entire 20 minutes I was looking on the sales floor. There were at least 5/6 salesmen that didn't even make eye contact. My friend noticed the same awkward and unprofessional behavior. Such a shame, they seem to have a nice selection but I'll have to purchase from someone who is knowledgeable in customer service as well as high end appliances.
