Not usually a fan of calling COX since it takes a minimum 55 mins to get anything accomplish, but this time it was actually somewhat worth it... My bill increased by $70 a month after the first yr, which I was told it was a "price lock" for two yrs. So the past 2 months I've been over charged by $140, as expected I was screwed and had to eat the $140.. I spoke to VERONICA with their customer service she was very helpful and broke the details for me. She was able to get my bill down to just about the same amount I was paying before the $70 increase. So thank you Veronica, 5 stars to her.. ....now I have to go to the cox store and changed out my cable box, which means all together this process will eventually waste 4hrs of my day. .
