  • I went there a couple of times in 2011. The second was to have new ball joints installed. When I heard a clunk after picking up the car, I took it back and was told it wasn't anything to worry about. That's just the way it is. The next time I took the car in (somewhere else), they wouldn't change a tire until the ball joints were replaced as they were unsafe (installed incorrectly). I returned to Orchard Park, and without even looking at the car, he blamed the problem on the parts I supplied. Add in the demeanour of the critics on The Muppets, and you will understand my rating. I will deal with someone who stands behind their work, and appreciates my business.
