  • 3 Stars goes to CUT. The Steak prepared for me was absolutely spot on, perfect texture, flavor and presentation. However my buddies pork chop was fatty, undercooked and overall poor (WHY he got a pork chop at a steakhouse is beyond me, but to each his own) Excellent service and sides as well. But let's be honest, not worth the hype, another of LA's great icon's gone bad to Vegas.
