  • Absolutely awful service. For prom my boyfriend picked out a suit and his measurements were completely wrong when he went to pick it up. The worst part, they barely gave him any of his money back. Awful manager would not even give him the time of day. Then the next year for prom again on his receipt it said pick up on the 14th and they told him verbally. When he arrives they said the tux will be ready the 30th. They only gave him $40. I do not think that's equivalent to having to find a tux two days before prom. When they talked to the manager he was completely rude with awful service. Do not go here unless you want a completely off tux and wrong pickup dates with horrible service. Now my boyfriend; two days before prom, is forced to not only find a tux but possibly not go to his senior prom. Way to go Men's Warehouse! You messed up again! Also my boyfriends friend got his colors of his tux messed up by this same place two days before prom.
