  • Great location with parking. Under different management and the service is lousy. Wanted 2:00 appt, he said 1:30 would be better. Got there on time and sat and waited. Complained. Man answering phone and greeting customers started my manicure. After numerous interruptions,I asked for a different manicurist. After awhile he sat me with someone else who finished but then removed new polish application because she wasn't happy with it. Also, they speak Vietnamese to each other and it appears they are speaking about you. Several people left without service because they were very disorganized. Once is enough for me after 4 yrs. I was there for 2 hrs
