  • Tried purchasing used vehicles in the 15k range on two occasions. Both times they never looked for a vehicle just attempted to sell me whatever was in inventory after first call they didn't bother anymore with model I was looking for.i then got a sales call every other week for months asking if I still wanted to buy. Fast forward a few years my vehicle was in an accident and another shop damaged my car to the point I needed to seek legal action. I brought it here for an estimate at which time the employee writing the estimate seemed unfriendly and bothered by my presence. I tried pointing to numerous things the other shop had damaged and he made every excuse not to write it down to the point where he said I'd like to call the other shop and talk to them...Excuse me? Did you say you wanted to call the other shop? The one that's denying and dancing around this damage ? It was at that point I realized he was in bed with the other major dealer in the area or did not believe what I was telling him. We didn't get as far as I had pictures of the car damage free as proof. I simply asked this company to write an estimate, I didn't know they were judge and jury on the side as well for a situation they knew absolutely nothing about. So if your car is damaged don't take it here unless you want this company to tell you personally how the damage occurred.
