  • Made 3 reservations for E-Z Rent a car.One for May, June & July for Las Vegas. When I got to the counter on May 9,2012 the agent had all 3 reservatios, which was good, and started renting me the car. When he asked if I wanted their insurance I explained that I have Diners Club and they cover everything as Primary Insurance. He went off on me on why I just about had to buy their coverage and he was going to charge me at least $90 a day for down time if I got in an accident. I had to say no at least 10 times. I do understand that they make a spiff if they sell it. BUT come on. Then we started talking about milage. I was informed that if I wanted unlimited milage I would have to make a copy of my ticked and email it to an address when I turned in the car. I had to prove to them that I was a visitor, I'm at the Airport with luggage how can I be local. I asked how many miles I get free he said he THINKS 150 (he thinks???) at that point I said you know you dont get your plane ticket untill you are at the airport..he didn't care he said again that I have to email a copy of my ticket to the email address. I proceeded to go to Advantage Rent a Car which is 15 ft away since all the copanies are together and get a car for $1 more.I also told the guy at E-Z to CANCEL my other two reservation and he said OK he didn't give a ......... When I went to pick up my car from Advantage their booth where you get the keys is right next to Advantage so I just walked over and asked the person for a business card. This person was real nice and looked but couldn't find one. I told this person (I dont want to get this person in trouble so Im not using gender) that the guy helping me was a real jerk, and this person's answer was "Oh you meen Victor, he's our biggest hustler." Obviously Victor has pissed off a lot of people and E-Z has Lost my 3 reservations and I hope they read it because here are my rerservation numbers so they can look them up and see that it for real may was GSWD043661, June GSWA045849, July GSWA 04584B I hope Victor sees this and what a ...he is. There are alot of people who deserve his job. NOT HIM
