  • FOUR STARS! MAYBE FIVE!! Bobbie and his team have served me well in the past 3 years. I have/had been a client of Parker and Sons for about 20 years, but during this time their service has been going steadily downhill and their prices have gone up. In fact, their prices for new HVAC systems are almost double what other competitors charge, and their workmanship is not that great. Bobbie installed a new 2.5 Ton heat pump system downstairs in my basement living area 3 years ago and I have had no problems and he services it every 6 months. This past month I decided to replace the two old 3 and 5 ton systems that cool the upstairs areas. Bobbie and his team replaced those two systems efficiently and professionally. Everything went according to plan and they did both systems, including new furnaces and air handlers, in one day -- one of his guys stayed till 9:30 at night to clean up upon the job's completion. And his prices were very good for what is now considered one of the best HVAC systems these days (Trane).
