  • This place was my go to for day care, boarding and grooming. Until the day came when I picked up my dogs from day care and they smelled like dog urine. This place is understaffed and over crowded. The check in and check out process is a massive pain, they take a long time. Majority of the time I'm rushing to get to work. No luck at a quick process here. Half the time they are either on the phone or running dogs to the back. The staff are rude and constantly call my dogs "crazy." I have had enough of this place, I am honestly at the point where I'm worried for my dogs health and safety. I have moved them over to a different day care not far from my house. (So much better and very professional) Never again will I step a foot or a paw into this establishment. They have lost my business. The staff needs a revamp on their customer service skills, they also need additional staff support. Money hungry corporations are ridiculous. Lame excuses after the other. Staff smells like cigarettes when they come back from break.
