rev:text	These people are the BEST! You hear that all the time but but no one ever spells out WHY they are the BEST! AutoNation Nissan is the best because of the people who work there. The people who work there are the best for these reasons; Professional, Knowledgeable, Dependable, Honest, Friendly, and extremely proficient in what they do. We have been in the Market for a large Van for several weeks. I had it in my mind that we needed to purchase a Ford or Chevrolet because I had experience with them in the past. Upon testing the new models for those makes I thought we were going to end up settling. We were in the area of Nissan and found that they have the NV. We were introduced to Terry and the rest is history. Terry walked us through the Nissan NV3500 HD. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product and answered all of our questions, and believe me I had a few. He had a no pressure approach, and although we didn't purchase the same day he was there every time I needed assistance. He is a damn good man. So we decide on the Van, The Nissan NV 3500 HD. On Friday I sent them and email. I tell them today is the day we would like to come in and make a purchase. And oh, buy the way, although this whole time we have been looking at the red one in you lot, we want one in the glacier blue with leather and navigation. The sales Manager Joseph emails me within 30 minutes and says I will have that on my lot withing the hour!! THAT'S AWESOME!! (I mean it really is awesome because we hadn't even seen a blue one even when passing other dealerships) And Joseph is friendly and helpful, when we arrived he had everything ready for us. This brings us to finance, I have issues with credit, They assign Robert to our case. This guy makes a few calls, structures our deal in a way that really did make me happy. and go the best for us in our situation. sometimes in car deals the numbers are just the numbers. But Robert has a ton of contacts and experience and he made it happen. I cannot thank him enough. If you are in the market for a vehicle. GO SEE THEM! Thank you Terry, Joseph, Robert and the entire Nissan Family there at AutoNation Nissan.
