  • If I could give this POS company negative stars I would. They are awful. I was stuck with them for a few months and they are the worst. I agree with other reviewers that most of the morons they send out are right out of high school. The guy at my house was either high or retarded. Probably both. I watched what they do each time they were here and it's a joke. They left trash in my yard. The reason they are cheap is that they only balance chemicals 2x per month and in the AZ summer that wont work. My new pool guy says "half of my current customers came from Poolman" and they left because Poolman sucks. I wouldn't trust them to sevice a cess pool. Run away from this company.
