  • We decided to be proactive this year and get our AC checked before the scorching Vegas heat comes. After contacting Alaskan Heating & Air Conditioning we were able to schedule an appointment for the following week. This morning Robert came to our house to check our units. He was very knowledgeable and even took the time to explain the process of how the units work. He showed us the numbers the units were trending at compared to what the manufacturer says they should be at. After diagnosing the issues he simply reported the issues to us and suggestions on how to fix them. In no way did he press us to purchase products from the company (something very surprising compared to past companies we've used in the Valley). All in all it was a pleasant and honest experience. I didn't feel hassled or pressured to purchase and because of that I can say I have found our go-to AC company.
