  • Ok, I'm completely in awe of how great the customer service was at the JW Marriott. I stay at Marriott's all the time and when making reservations, I can click the "extra towel" and "feather free" room option until I'm blue in the face and they never do it. Not, the JW Scottsdale--they took care of those requests and then some. My room was ready early. Check-in was easy. The bell attendants were sweet. The room was spotless--actually impeccable. The restaurants were fantastic. The spa was spectacular. The setting was tranquil. They literally went above and beyond in every sense. I can't wait to go back.
