  • On a scale from 1-10, the customer service at this location is a hard "1". I placed an online order which was scheduled to be ready at 12:05. I arrived at 12:10 expecting to be in and out within a few minutes, however after waiting 10 minutes at the "online pick-up" register, the cashier who greeted me and stated he would check on my order completely forgot until the manager came and asked me if I was being helped. After some searching, they stated that my order was never made.
