  • Worst roadside service ever! This is the second time we have needed roadside assistance. Both times we have called the number on our membership card Tonight, our car broke down on a dark road during a massive thunderstorm. After more than 20 minutes on hold we finally gave up and instead called a friend to help us. It is obvious that this company wants your membership dollars but does not have the capability to service their clients. I can not recommend this service/ company to anyone.
