How ironic that Chris S. whose title is "Business Manager" responded on 7/1/16 that someone would be contacting me shortly about my concerns. So, here it is a week later (I will state up front that yes, last weekend was a holiday weekend and the holiday fell on Monday) and no one has contacted me. Just another valid point about their total lack of customer/patient satisfaction.
Chris S. This is in reply to your latest post. How is it that I have been a patient there for YEARS (as has my husband) and you can not locate my phone number!!!!!! What a way to run a show. Talk to Angel; she at least contacted me on 7/9, over a week ago!!!!
