  • Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My son's Halloween costume was missing pieces and I tried exchanging or returning. I was told it was against their policy to return costumes. Which is fine, but the fact is THE COSTUME IS MISSING PIECES. I just wanted what I paid for. I was basically told "you are out of luck" I had to come back 2 times and talk to around 7 people just to exchange the costume. Some of the rudest employees I have ever seen. You are better off shopping somewhere else.
