  • This place is a MUST-TRY! It looks and feels like a Chipotle when you walk in the door, but with a tad bit more edge and freedom. The enchiladas here are amazing! I ordered two enchiladas (beef and pork), smothered "Christmas-style" (the New Mexico way and the way God intended!), and topped it with fresh crema, cheese and hot (truly hot) habenaro chili sauce. Sooooooooo much flavor! Really kicks you in the taste buds and takes them for ransom! Amazing! Definitely coming back! I also purchased some cool looking cooking at the counter that turned out to taste like pumpkin and I almost had to cut my "friends'" hands off for trying to steal them. Delectable!
