  • I rarely ever leave Yelp reviews unless I have an exceptionally bad experience or an exceptionally great experience. Today was the latter, an exceptionally great experience. I bought my Toyota Corolla in California a few months ago and just moved to AZ. I took my car to Big Two Toyota for my first scheduled maintenance. The facility is very nice and spacious. I was helped by Bill who was very friendly and professional. They had fruit, water and coffee available for free. And they have a barber, salon and masseuse on site. I received a complimentary chair massage from Susan while I waited for my car. It was a very high quality massage. Overall I am overly impressed with my first experience at Big Two Toyota!!
