  • Scammers This company is fraudulent. We continually get late charges on our bills every month. I can go out to my mailbox and get my bill and the due date on the bill is the same day it arrives. Or, I don't get any bill and find out they have turned us over to collections. We will be canceling our service with them ASAP! Please read the complaints about them on the Better Business Bureau website, over 1974 complaints! When you try and cancel their service they won't let you. They keep billing you! Do not use this company! In reply to your comment, we had originally signed our contract with CRS then you turned our account over to Monitonics without our knowledge. You are one of the same. Horrible, Horrible!
