  • Envision is amazing! I had a sales rep stop by the house not too long after we moved in. I was in the market for a system anyways, so the knock on the door was welcome. Suzuki (that is what I call him. I cannot remember his first name) was super helpful in showing me my options and the costs. I am pretty well versed in anything tech related, so I pretty much knew what I wanted and we worked together to put together my ideal system. The installers came out the next day. Dylan was amazing. Not only was he extremely professional and courteous, he genuinely cared about the work he was doing. Everything was installed cleanly and looks great. He consulted with me on camera placement, and I was able to preview the image to ensure that it was in a good location before it was put up permanently. The next day there was an issue with my Panel (nothing the installers could have foreseen, the panel mechanically had an issue and had to have parts replaced) and Dylan made sure to fit me in the same day to get it all fixed up. He came at the end of the day after his other scheduled installs and was working until almost 8pm to make sure everything was running right. There is something to be said for the professionalism and care that this company has for its customers. They are amazing!
