  • My wife called them because she thought we had a plumbing leak. the leak was because he washing machine drain hose had popped out of the drain. Both my wife and I asked him to check the shut off valves and he politely explained that because he was working for a home warranty company that he was only there to address the leak. It would have taken him 2 minutes to check the valves... he didnt.
