  • My spouse and I are turning in our VW Passat TDI due to the VW diesel scandal. We were so thrilled 6 months ago when we purchased our 328i sedan from Craig that we went back and purchased a X3. The deal was easy and effortless. Their pricing surpassed Tucson BMW and N. Scottsdale by a mile! We had a very specifically optioned BMW in mind and Craig found it with ease. Michelle in finance was beyond pleasant and didn't push "fluff" warranties and options on us. She broke down the contract and financing for us so we didn't feel like we were signing blindly. We are now a two BMW vehicle household and beyond happy!!! There was no attitude...there was no games or gimmicks either. Definitely see Craig Rusin!!! He is beyond great at his job and an absolutely fanatic for the BMW brand. We drove home feeling confident in the vehicle and the deal!
