rev:text	I made an appointment without researching as I was afraid a spot on my skin was BCC and I didn't want to wait weeks to see someone. The scheduler was very helpful and told me what to expect at the appt. I had a week till my appt so I then read the reviews. Most weren't so good. I actually almost switched to another office after reading them! I am sooooo glad I didn't. East Valley Dermatology was amazing. My appt was at 2:15 and as a new patient was told to come in at 2. I finished my paperwork at 2:12 and was brought back within a minute. The MA who screened me was so friendly and easily made me feel comfortable. The NP (which I am totally OK with seeing because they know almost as much as the DR, if not the same) came in within 5 minutes of the MA leaving. I thought she would come in, look at my spot, and leave. I was so wrong. She chatted, laughed, and spent way more time with me then she really needed. I didn't feel rushed one bit. She was so friendly and again, super easy to talk too. I wasn't as freaked out as I was when I walked in the door. So glad I went there! Extremely pleased! And to those who complain about wait times- the person ahead of you might have just gotten a shitty diagnosis therefore requiring a little more time than usual etc. Be patient.
