I unfortunately need to give this store a poor rating based on the following:
-Ordered custom blinds on 10/27 and as of 12/4 still have not received them
-Blinds Department is not familiar with the custom ordering process
-They will tell you that they do not know who to contact regarding your order
-When finally getting a hold of someone they tell you that your custom blinds have not been ordered because the material was discontinued
Well then why was I charged for this purchase if the order was never made? Why wasn't he purchase credited automatically when the item cannot be delivered. Why was I not contacted directly by JCP Home regarding my order?
Now I have to start the process over and I will not receive my window coverings until 2018. I will not be ordering custom window shades from JCP again.
